Refund Policy

For Online Training and Meal Plans:

We do not accept refunds for training and meal plans purchased online for our store.

For Custom Online Plans:

Please email us at impakt.strength.nutrition@gmail.com to discuss with us the reason you are seeking a refund, and we will make it right!

For In-Person and Virtual Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching:

We charge for our services on the Monday of every week. We will not offer refunds for services already provided nor for services not yet provided during a week that has already been paid for. Upon cancelation, you will no longer be charged for future services/sessions/weeks nor be provided with said services.
